All samples are required to be sent back the TruDiagonstic lab in Kentucky USA. Only our USA customers will receive a prepaid envelope.
For all customers outside of the USA, you receive an addressed envelope, with the postage needing to be covered at your own expense.
It typically costs £10 for our UK customers who use Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded, and typically arrives at their lab within a week. To replace a lost test sample kit, a fee of £20 will be charged.
